Mr. Loyce Michael “Mike” Casper, age 63, of Bethlehem, Georgia, passed away July 1, 2021. Mike was born April 22, 1958 in Winder, Georgia and was a lifelong resident of Barrow County. He was preceded by his father, Loyce Casper and sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Johnny Collins. Surviving are daughter, April Casper, of Tennessee, granddaughter, Katlyn Casper of Tennessee, mother, Barbara Manders Casper of Monroe, Georgia, siblings, Rodney Casper of Bethlehem, Georgia, Holly Turner of Bethlehem, Georgia, Dana (Marvin) Beyatt of Colbert, Georgia and Amy (Brian) Holder of Hoschton, Georgia. The Family will receive friends Saturday, July 3, 2021 from 1:00 P. M. until service time at the funeral home. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, July 3, 2021 at 5:00 P. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Pastor Tommy Baker officiating. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery.
